Literary Wonder

So the main focus in my English class right now is the book Griffin & Sabine. I must say, it is quite the enjoyable literary feat. It makes me sad to think that otherwise I probably would never had read it if it wasn't assigned. What other greatness am I missing out on? Maybe the best part is the quickness and ease with which you can read it. I think I must have read it three times by now. It's one of those things you would pick up in the bookstore, randomly flip through and end up reading the whole thing right there. Maybe it's the scandal associated with it. Have you ever read the Jolly Postman books? Man I loved those...but this is a lot like that. But for mayhaps a more mature audience. Not that I don't still read The Jolly Postman...kids' books are by far some of the coolest possessions one can own. Anyway, you're basically reading these two people's mail. How scandalous! I would definitely recommend the book. It's short, quick, easy, enjoyable, and leave you wanting for more. It's a good thing it's a whole series. Too bad I only have the first one...
Also, we need to read another more in-depth Epistolary novel (with letters and such) for a big project at the end of the semester. I chose The Hippopotamus by Stephen Fry. I have kind of started it, and I am looking forward to reading more. It seems like it should be thoroughly enjoyale as well.
Back to Griffin & Sabine, we have to write a paper about it due tuesday. I can say that having to take apart great works of literature can kind of take the fun out of them.

So I find myself once more introducing myself on a blog. As a part of my english class, we are starting blogs and keeping them updated as seen fit. Maybe I'll end up combining this with my main blog...but I'm not sure yet. I would definitely recommend checking it out though...if I do say so myself, it can be pretty entertaining. I really don't have much to say...maybe I'll keep this one separate, maybe I'll just end up combining them. We shall see, shan't we?
